He helped Daddi get up.Before they could move forward someone bumped into Maan..He almost lost his balance this time Daddi held his arm.Maan turned around.She was on floor, the same girl who collided with Maan while running carelessly.
"Hey are you mad...This is hospital gallery not a running track.If you want to be P.T.Usha for that don't punish hospital visitors..Silly girl...go to running track" He shouted.when girl cuddled herself on floor it seemed Maan's words filled her with fear. Daddi realised it.
" Maan !! stop it beta...behave in gentleman's way.Instead of getting hyper give hand to her.I hope she is not hurt after falling on floor." Daddi scolded Maan. Even he realized his mistake,made a silly face.
He extended his hand in help to girl "Don't be scared..get up now...per aagay se kissi aur ko takkar (hit) mat maarna..."
"Go away..go away.." girl screamed perspiring heavily.She was hitting her one hand hard on floor.
It shocked Daddi and Maan to extreme.They could understand what was going on ? Till a whole team of hospital staff :ward boys, nurses and doctor gathered around. Put girl on stracher.But there was one more familiar face with that team. Petting that girl's head...too much disturbed.
Maan recognized him.One of his clients in top priority Tejinder Singh Khanna. But Mr. Khanna was almost in trauma he didn't notice Maan. Staff brought girl to Emergency Ward...Worried about girl's health and Mr. Khanna's presence was reason Maan and Daddi couldn't resist themselves to chase them..
When Maan and Daddi reached there ,Mr. Khanna was standing outside room totally indistress.."Tejinder." in sympathetic manner Maan pressed Mr. Khanna's shoulder with his hand...
He was in trance so sudden movement startled Mr. Khanna " huh...huh."...
"Calm down Tejinder..its me Maan.."
"Maan..aap...yahan...?" Maan's presence confounded Tajinder.
" I m here with My Daddi for routine check up..But what's wrong with that girl..If I am not wrong she is.?" Before Maan could complete, Tejinder interrupted him.
"She is my sister Maan.Geet..my maternal cousin (massi's daughter).. her condition was really serious..that's why I brought her here." saying this his heart was aching clearly visible on his face.
Daddi came forward. and consoled Tejinder " I am Maan's Daddi...beta don loose your heart...trust in almighty she will be alright soon.If you don't mind can I ask what happened to her.?" Hesitatingly Daddi asked and explained how Geet bumped into Maan and what happened afterwards...How she behaved odd.. All this compelled Daddito find out everything about the girl and her health.
Three of them set outside room on waiting chairs.When Tejinder started to narrate " She had neither physical nor mental problem.An innocent girl ..full of life...who had little dreams.A happy go lucky girl ...but ..." some unpleasant thoughts stopped him mid...
"But ...agay kya Tejinder..we want to share your pain.trust us." Confused Maan encouraged him to bring out what was there in his heart.
What Tejinder narrated that was unbelievable :
Geet, Tejinder's maternal cousin belonged to Hoshiarpur..From a very traditional family.A family of repute in whole area. But inside house things were not like that.Only men in this family could take any decision. Especially Geet's Daarji (grand pa) and her cousin Brij...
Geet and her sister had permission for further studies in local college..Their daily routine was from collage to home and vise versa...Even couldn't go to friend's home without permission.Everything was going in usual manner.
19 years old Geet..A beautiful girl with fair complexion light brown eyes and wavy hairs Her mesmerizing beauty always attracted everyone's attention..But for her meaning of life was else.She wanted to be a teacher.To teach village kids who couldn't go to school due to poverty..So she was waiting for the day she gonna get her degree after one year.
But who could change what's written in destiny..It was a girlz college..even in staff mostly there were ladies.except some library and helping staff. Geet was not aware her life was going to take a turn..
Principal Mrs. Bhalla's son Vikram who just returned from US..A casanova by nature...so most of rural girls in tradition ware couldn't affect him.Except one and that was Geet..He saw Geet first time when he paid a visit to his mother in collage. Outsider men except family members of girlz were not allowed in premises in collage time...Vikram/Vicky he was Principal's son so who could stop her.
She was there in college ground laughing talking...having fun with her friends in her free period which she hardly got after college and here Vicky got attracted by her...A pair of evil eyes started to chasing her everyday she was not aware.Keeping eye on her every action.
One day her sister Raji was under effect of flu so Geet came to college alone. Annual function was coming so after getting permission from her Grandpa.Geet started rehearsing her dance performance for function after collage time.Now a days Brij came to pick Geet due to this reason of getting late.
Today like every day after classes whole collage was empty.Except the girlz and two of the trainers who were helping girlz in their rehearsals.All of them were in auditorium far away from administrative block..Mrs. Bhalla Principal had also been left..Admin Block was looking like any haunted place just there was one peon locking the doors.
Vicky took key of Principal's office making excuse that he had to collect some files of her mother and asked peon to leave.Then through intercom he asked trainer to send Geet in office as Principal wanted to discuss some matter with Geet regarding function.As she was leading all the girlz taking part in stage acts.First she felt odd but something unfortunate could happen she never thought.
When Geet went there door was open.She knocked at the door asking for permission to come in ...Getting no response she entered in to find out.Vicky who was behind door he locked the door with in moment.She turned around and in a jiffy smelled his evil desire as he advanced toward her.She knew him as Princi's son but never had direct encounter with him.
She ran toward door and was struggling to open it.She was in his clutch." Dekho Geet kissi ko patta nahi chalega.Tum meri ho jaayo...main tumko wo sabh dunga jo tumko nahi milta...I knew your family is so conservative...They never gave you enough money to spend...I will give you...even latest mobile phone..." He had turned out to be a devil.
When found it was hard to bribe Geet.He forced her.Some way Geet escaped from his trap and saved her virtue.She was totally numb.even left her dupata behind... running like mad toward gate..
Brij who was there to pick her.He witnessed all.Before anyone could notice them.He dragged her and pushed her inside car.Asked her to lay on back seat so no one could find her in this condition...He was fuming inside but said nothing..
Parked car inside home and again dragged Geet in Daarji's room.Whole family struck dumb listen what Brij saw.Geet was not in state to say anything she needed emotional support but Brij forced her to narrate everything.
From next day she was not allowed to go to college...Instead of getting her point when she was totally innocent ..Brij beat her brutally.Asked her to shut her mouth He took no action against Vicky thinking about his family honour.(purkhon ki izzat my foot ...)
She was in trauma.First due to evil desires of Vicky then by cruelty Brij showed.Due to fear of Brij and Daarji no one was able to do something for her even parents.
Result was the fear that had been developed inside Geet for whole race of men.
